Shipping policy

All BrrrBlanc products are made on demand. We will process your order 1 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we send you a confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information. 

Standard transit times for domestic orders range from 2 to 21 business days from the ship date depending on the product and if your geographic location is outside of the contiguous United States. Although the majority of our products are made in the United States, a number are made overseas resulting in longer transit times due to customs and intercontinental sea/air travel.

To fulfill your order as quickly as possible, you may receive your products in different shipments and from different carriers - at no additional cost to you. Our carriers are UPS (Status Updates), FedEx (Status Updates), DHL (Status Updates), and USPS (Status Updates). Please visit their respective sites for service alerts.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

Shipping Transit Time Estimates

We respectfully ask for your patience during the holiday season. We are a small but determined company. However, we may experience delays due to a high volume of orders or COVID-19 related production, shipping or local delivery issues that are outside of our control.

Please contact us at contact@brrrblanc.com if your full order has not been delivered within the following timeframes AFTER you receive a shipping notification:

  • US Standard: 5 to 21 business days
  • US Expedited: Up to 6 business days
  • US Overnight: Up to 2 business days
  • Canada Standard: Up to 30 business days
  • Canada Expedited: Up to 14 business days
  • Canada Overnight: Up to 4 business days
  • International Standard: Up to 30 business days
  • International Expedited: Up to 21 business days

International Shipping

We ship to many international countries. Please check rates and if shipping is available to your country during checkout.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BrrrBlanc is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after you’ve received the shipping notification. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email for US orders or 30 days for international orders, please contact us at contact@brrrblanc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 P.O. Boxes

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. You must provide a physical mailing address to ensure that your order arrives successfully.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

You may return items returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 To start a return, please contact us at contact@brrrblanc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded or exchanged.
